Platform Purpose

Marketplace Listings

Some items listed on the Creative Hive Marketplace are offered by independent sellers and community members. Sellers are responsible for ensuring their product descriptions, pricing, and condition are accurate.

Imaginative Hive reserves the right to approve, modify, or remove listings at its discretion.

Commission

Items sold through the Creative Hive Marketplace may be subject to a commission between 10% and 20%, depending on the product category and sales arrangement.

Payments

Payments to sellers will be processed within five (5) business days after a completed sale, minus applicable commission and taxes.

Acceptable Use

Users agree not to:

• Post misleading or fraudulent listings
• Upload inappropriate or illegal content
• Interfere with website operations
• Misuse the platform for unlawful activities

Imaginative Hive reserves the right to remove content or restrict access to users who violate these terms.

Limitation of Liability

Imaginative Hive acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers and does not guarantee the quality or performance of products sold by independent sellers.
